Meet John Arsenault
John Arsenault has been working in the construction field pretty much his entire life. His father, a master carpenter who was well known in and around Boston, Massachusetts began sharing his knowledge with his son when he was young. Ultimately, John would apply his knowledge and become a master carpenter himself as he continued to work with his father in the family business.
When John’s father retired, John would go on to start his own company Atlantic South LLC some 30 years ago. Post retirement, John’s mother and father had decided to relocate to warmer climates in sunny central Florida, settling in The Villages. After vacationing in the area with his wife and young children, and enjoying all that the Central Florida area had to offer, John and his wife Robbin decided it was time to pack up the family and relocate to Central Florida.
Clermont was the perfect place to raise a family and continue their business. Since then, the kids have grown up and moved on to their own lives, the business has thrived, and they have never looked back.
That move was 13 years ago. Since then, Atlantic South has become a well-known and trusted construction firm in Central Florida, working on both residential and commercial projects throughout the area. Atlantic South has successfully finished projects ranging from small residential bathroom remodels, to large residential second story additions, to complex commercial ground-up construction projects.
A conversation with John leaves you comfortable and confident that your project is in trusted hands. He is naturally detail oriented, taking personal interest in every facet of every project no matter the size or scope. And he genuinely enjoys the relationships he builds with clients, many of which endure long after projects are completed.

Our footprint design approach helps clients get the most our of the exisitng space they have to work with, sometimes eliminating the need for additional space, thus softening the impact on your budget.
